Facelift generation map

Tata's first mainstream electric SUV, launched as Nexon EV on 28 January 2020 (introductory from Rs 13.99 lakh) on Ziptron, and later renamed Nexon.ev. One EV generation in India with one mid-cycle restyle: the original 28 January 2020 body (30.2 kWh / 312 km ARAI; EV Max 40.5 kWh from May 2022 and Prime rename July 2022 stay on that body) and the current 14 September 2023 facelift (new closed EV fascia, Mid Range / Long Range packs, up to 465 km ARAI at launch). ICE Nexon is a related petrol/diesel/iCNG line, not an EV generation. Dark / special editions are packs. No official India SIAM Nexon.ev recall inventoried here as of 5 September 2026. India launch: 28 January 2020 (facelift 14 September 2023).
