Defect
Issue with front door handle sensors on base XE and mid XL variants. Nissan: no impact on passenger safety. Units built after December 2023 unaffected.
What was changed
Nissan notifies owners; free retrofit of the sensor at authorised Nissan workshops. Owners may keep using the vehicle until then. VIN check on nissan.in owner VIN check.
